The idea started with Kevin Dunford, who grew up surrounded by cold winters but dreamed of tropical sunshine and flavors. When the original restaurant location was about to close, Kevin stepped in to keep it open. What began as a simple effort grew into a mission to create something special—an island-inspired oasis right here in Topeka.
